Boise State University’s graduate-level Conflict Management Certificate Program provides the knowledge and skills for people who wish to deal more effectively with interpersonal, group and intercultural conflict. Students will also develop their abilities to mediate disputes and negotiate agreements.

- Apply to the Graduate College and satisfy the minimum admissions requirements of the Graduate College. International applicants must satisfy the international admissions requirements.
- A baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution of higher learning or a degree from a non-U.S. institution of higher education that is judged equivalent to a U.S. baccalaureate degree by the International Admissions Office.
- A statement of interest explaining your interest in conflict management. Include an assessment of whether the certificate is a good fit with your background and vocational interests.
- A meeting with the Director of the Conflict Management program for an advising and admissions interview.
